Sol Rio Studio | Guerneville, CA A POTENT YOGA + SOUND SESSION celebrating Sol Rio's 3 years of co-creating with our community, tapping into our heart's center. Enjoy this 75 minute ALL LEVELS YOGA + SOUND SESSION with Sol Rio Co-Founders MK & Alex. MK will guide you in an accessible yoga practice designed to remove stagnancies and tap into the heart center, helping us access connection and joy. Alex will support your practice by playing a LIVE AMBIENT SOUNDSCAPE, helping synchronize and attune fluctuating brainwaves to stable frequencies and rhythms. The session concludes with a KUNDALINI MEDITATION and GONG BATH, helping remove dissonance and open the heart center. >>>Together we shift from me to we, and return to om. No yoga experience is required, all are welcome. Space is limited.
